We use plenty of Rausu kelp, which produces a fragrant and rich-bodied soup stock, and two types of bonito flakes from Satsuma and Kochi to create the soup stock every time.Our specialty is our exquisite dashimaki, which is made using this soup stock as a base and is made with domestically produced red eggs and carefully baked to a fluffy texture.Please enjoy it.

[Countermeasures against infectious diseases] In the digging tatami room, there is a partition between the seats next to you so you can enjoy your meal with peace of mind! Also, 5 ventilation fans have been renewed to provide perfect countermeasures against infectious diseases. ◎
